readthedocs usage #88

Cool and thanks, Kent and I will make the needed changes as far as the links go
I chose to work outside of most of the historical repos this time because…
A. I was a little confused on the points you have now cleared up for me
B. I’m not sure how well any of this is going to go with all the changes being made to it related to walking away from Sugar at this point.
C. Speed and efficiency for me to able to get to something I can edit and deliver quickly. I had a lot of additional demands on my time with housing my mother-in-law, having my Dad take up a huge amount of my time as well, doing the Open@RIT work and Sloan work done for the coming semester, etc. With my own issues with dysgraphia and dyslexia I produce too many errors and burn too much time trying to work in a markdown and push and pull request process to have made that viable.
Either towards the end of this semester or over the summer I’d like to work with folks to do what’s best to get all the variations aggregated/merged/ etc into one archival form that becomes the canonical and historical piece.
Sorry I couldn’t do that before the start of this semester.

FOSSRIT has two associated Read The Docs entities from before we began using @ryansb <https://github.com/ryansb>'s ofcourse <https://github.com/ryansb/ofcourse> for HFOSS
The first is built from source held in @ralphbean's repository <https://github.com/ralphbean/tos-rit-projects-seminar/>. Ralph and I both hold accounts with administrative access to this.
The second is built from source held in the develop branch of the FOSSRIT/hfoss repository <https://github.com/FOSSRIT/hfoss/tree/develop> Ralph, Remy ***@***.*** <https://github.com/decause>), and I hold accounts with administrative access to this.
I mentioned this latter, FOSSRIT/hfoss, branch briefly in #87 <#87>
I mention this a) so that people know it's there b) so that no one inadvertently makes breaking changes to it through the HFOSS/hfoss repo and c) so that we can make changes to its administration as are seen fit to do.

No worries. The link changes associated with #87 are probably the only things that need attention, but at your convenience. The read-the-docs stuff sat fallow until ... maybe I got around to asking bean about RTD account access last year? I just figured you should know, and that with the academic machine having rumbled back into something like full operation this week that it was time to get these in the queue. |
Much Appreciated!!
