[Feature Request]: Change the colour of hyperlinks

Describe Your Idea

It should be possible to change the colour of hyperlinks to what ever colour we want.

Currently we can only set the primary color in the _config.yml to a colour which changes links when they are moused-over.

However, the colour of the links always follow the light or dark theme text colour.
