FMOD Studio is NOT free software. At time of writing, FMOD Studio's licensing offers a Free Indie License available for developers with less than $200k revenue per year, on a small (under $500k) development budget.
Note that the FMOD logo is required to be displayed on-screen during application startup, before any user interaction. The logo can exist with other logos, must be with a reasonable/readable size and duration.
