- Updated Dockerfile to use Python 3.12 and uv for dependency management - Added pyproject.toml to replace requirements.txt - Removed .flake8 and .pylintrc configuration files - Updated GitHub workflows to use Python 3.12 and uv - Replaced pylint with ruff for static analysis - Added .python-version file for Python version specification
