Configuration screen is not working #2

Hi,
I have just got an issue in latest version of that configuration screen is not loading up, I am using netbeans 8.1 on windows 7 as well as I have also tried it on Windows 10. Whereas is is working when you try to run it via "Run" option in Netbeans.

i clone this repo and run in netbeans 8.2 its running good but as you are saying i have face the same problem and i trouble shoot it and find the reason there is problem in only database configuration Tab panel there is some problem to load that in configuration.
