Address the comments on Hardware Requirements

Do these Hardware Requirements cover running Forest as a bootstrap node? Considering it is a stated Feature on the previous page it would be good to address that use case.

Maybe a comment about whether Intel SHA extensions are desired or not. This would not mean anything to someone new to Filecoin, but stating that Forest doesn't need them helps clarify for those who have experience with Filecoin.

There may not be any special network requirements but it is better to say that than leave it un-said.
