After fresh install or update, enabling or toggling Accessibility controls access for Mos does not advance the introduction sequence. The right arrow labeled "Auth" simply re-opens the Accessibility settings. Quitting and restarting Mos simply restarts the introduction sequence.

Make sure Mos process is killed (I used htop and searched for it and killed it)
Completely remove Mos from Privacy & Security | Accessibility
Now rerun Mos, grant it permission when it asks for it. macOS will kill Mos as soon as you grant permission. Now just restart Mos and you should be good to go.
