I ditched slowpoke MediaBugs, in part because we can easily move the functionality in-house.

  • Prompt can randomize:
    -- Report an error
    -- Report a bug
    -- Submit a tip
    -- Request an investigation
  • Once you click it, toggle what you're submitting
  • All shows up on Dashboard

(Note that MediaBugs also required moderator approval and no longer has any permanent staff, so outsourcing didn't really capably provide the integrity or transparency I had hoped for.)
