Soooo, like @alanplotko said in #30, we should probably discuss this. We had touched on it for awhile and decided that it's not entirely relevant yet for the Alpha release of the system. It is definitely something that we wan't to have going forward but how to go about doing it is something else entirely.

I think the easiest way would be to piggy back off of google authentication because actually doing authentication well and without security holes is difficult...

Have you used Authomatic? It provides various login strategies and has Flask support (despite being framework agnostic). The newest version supports Python 3.x.
