Hashtags open in new window in remote instance

When cliking on a hashtag, instead of displaying its feed, right in Manganelk, a new tab is open with the hashtag feed from remote instance of the user who posted said hashtag.

On elk.zone hashtags opens in the current window, in the elk interface on user's own instance.
