AreaDetector Setup Flag

Joe Sullivan asked for a flag that can specify an areadetector module which will make the script set up the iocBoot directory to run that detector.

I don't know if the makefile can be easily made to build in the detector module's support, so we may have to change xxx to build in all the detector modules that it can by default, but for the iocBoot directory, copying them straight from the module/iocs/ directory seems like a reasonable thing.
