[AVM Module Issue]: How to set ipSecurityRestrictions for Azure function apps #4484

Description

I could see ipSecurityRestrictions setting is available for web app but not for function app. We have a requirement to restrict access from frontdoor only so we need help her with this module.

You can put the restrictions under siteConfig object

siteConfig: {
  ipSecurityRestrictions: [
    {
      ipAddress: '1.2.3.4/32'
      action: 'Allow'
      priority: 100
      name: 'foo'
    }
  ]
  scmIpSecurityRestrictions: [
    {
      ipAddress: '1.2.3.4/32'
      action: 'Allow'
      priority: 100
      name: 'bar'
    }
  ]
}
