Hi,

when dealing with large service bus deployments, I have seen it multiple times now, that topics and subscriptions are created from the microservice deployment and only the service bus namespace is deployed from a "sharedinfra" repo.
Would it makes sense to expose the topic module as standalone module as well? So we could independently from the service bus deployment, deploy a single topic via AVM?
