Description

Accordingto documentation MMA ingestion might be closed now

Data upload: Ingestion for MMA will be unchanged until February 1, 2025. After this date, cloud ingestion services will gradually reduce support for MMA agents, which will result in loss of ingestion support and potential compatibility issues for MMA agents over time.

Module still has workspaceResourceId as required parameter:

  • to save the data in Which data? AMA, MMA, continous defender export or something else?
    • At least I think that AVM should add more information on top of REST API Spec not to obfuscate details

Looking into module code does not really help to understand why workspaceResourceId is required:

Image

  • Are Microsoft.Security/workspaceSettings and Microsoft.Security/autoProvisioningSettings still used to auto-provision policy assingments for DCR and DCRA or directly create DCR and DCRA resources or are they for MMA only?

(Optional) Correlation Id
