2. And an example that shows the use of this parameter.
3. Add information about which option is the default, disabled or enabled?

for the webapp create --basic-auth, this flag is abit hard to grasp, what basic auth? what is the default? Also, which ones does it control? SCM Basic Auth Publishing Credentials or
FTP Basic Auth Publishing Credentials? or both? So fuzzy and unclear.

Enable or disable basic auth.
