APIM actions not working in standard

APIM actions which have authentication currently are not functional during runtime in Standard.

We are serializing the subscription key using the wrong data.

Fetching and setting the proper subscription key value will fix this issue.

Not a regression, likely has never worked since adding it to standard since there were no test data
