[DOCS] Include architecture document to taipy-docs

We want to add the standard architecture documentation to taipy-docs.

• Turn the source into a md file
• Store the source into the taipy repository
• Create a new step to add the taipy md file to the taipy-docs folder hierarchy
• Find a way to automatically generate a pdf file from the source and keep it in taipy repo
