CPU Usage not working

Expected Behaviour (if not obvious)

CPU Usage should be displayed as a "Percent layer"

Actual Behaviour

Nothing is displayed

Reproduction steps

In desktop settings, new layer as percent, current value: LocalPCInfo/CPU/Usage, Max value: 100

Previously an Issue?

No: Stopped working recently not sure if after an update

On AMD systems, you need to enable and additionial setting in Plugins tab.
Downside is, it uses LibreHardwareMonitor and some games (Valorant) cause problems with this. And recently that driver is flagged by Windows Defender

And also for intel users, Windows Defender now blocks a driver LibreHardwareMonitor uses
