[Bug] (HideUtils): Previously hidden channels keep reappearing seemingly at random

Describe the Bug
Hidden channels have a tendency to reappear at random points. The channels are still listed as hidden in their respective settings pane.

To Reproduce
Despite my best efforts, I couldn't find a reasonable way to consistently reproduce it.

Expected Behavior
Channels should stay hidden until removed from the blacklist.

Additional Context
Clearing the channel from the blacklist and hiding them again doesn't work either, so if I had to guess (better-)discord updates either invalidate or bypass the settings completely.
