Decrease time spent resolving package dependency

Could it be considered to use https://github.com/krzyzanowskim/OpenSSL-Package instead of https://github.com/krzyzanowskim/OpenSSL as a dependency in order to reduce time spent resolved packages?

Since its prebuilt it should reduce the time spent quite considerably.
