Impossible to download crx extensions

on the latest Thorium version.

After trying to do so the file is deleted immediately without the possibility of return.

Nothing changed and you can check it pretty easily yourself, dev mode is also on.

On edge with pretty much the same version/codebase this extension was impossible to download and forcibly disabled after the install

@Alex313031 I see you're still active and you might find it interesting, I believe Google added this in their redesign (and so in all chromium-based browsers) to make installing manifest v2 extensions harder in the future, you may fix it before releasing the new version, I would highly appreciate it.
