目标元素被其他浮层遮挡，如何实现滑动 #1240

背景：识别到目标元素后，需要将目标元素滑动只页面中上部
问题：使用swipe方法，起点为该目标中心点，终点为页面中心点，但由于目标元素被其他元素遮挡，无法滑动，有什么比较好的解决方案嘛
