This issue was mentioned in the hidden entities counter issue. When pressing the icon on the main screen to toggle all of the devices off or on, the hidden entities are also controlled. They are not controlled if you go into the area and click the "all on/all off button"

I think the desirable outcome would be for the button on the main screen to ignore turning on / off hidden entities and act like the button in the second screenshot.

If I remember correctly, switching entities with chips/controller-cards, will switch all entities of that domain/area, hidden or not.
For now, it's best to create another issue for that, so we can finish this PR.
