方法一

VMware Workstation正常运行

  1. 禁用Hyper-V，PowerShell/CMD管理员运行：bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
  2. 重新启动计算机

Docker/Windows SandBox正常运行

  1. 重新开启Hyper-V，PowerShell/CMD管理员运行：bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype auto
  2. 重新启动计算机

方法二

设置开机引导

默认操作系统，Docker/Windows Sandbox 正常运行，通过如下步骤设置

引导

默认操作系统引导开机后，正常运行 Docker/Windows Sandbox；Windows10 VMware Workstation 引导开机后，正常运行 VMware Workstation

设置完成

修改引导名称

修改引导名称
