[EPIC] Create dashboard widget POC

Overview

We would like to integrate more information in our dashboard, even getting from external resources. Currently we can't extract this information. safe-global/safe-pm#92

Requirements

• Explore a way of including Safe Apps extract (HTML) in the dashboard
• Explore a way of a custom component that can fetch information from a provided backend endpoint (generic widget component). Check this link for web team proposal
