Some template syntaxes are nicer than others - I find this a very subjective statement. Would be better if it could be rephrased with less ambiguity.
I understand that the disablePermalink frontmatter option is to disable templating inside permalinks. But It is not clear to me what is the problem with the pug templating language specifically? Does the author mean to say, that pug lang doesn't support some templating feature that other templating languages support? Would be great if the documentation used an illustrative example.
I don't understand what issue is being solved by disabling templating in permalink. Why is it a common pitfall? Can you elaborate as an answer?
